2010 will see my 29th year involved in martial arts. From humble beginnings I attained a number of achievements over those years and managed to make my hobby my career in 1993. In 1998 I opened my martial arts centre in Bath Road, Kettering. In 2001 my career took a sideways shift when I began a series of psychological trainings with Richard Bandler, Tony Robbins and Paul McKenna, amongst others. Since then I have combined the martial arts and psychological methods to help people overcome all manner of fears.

I am in the throes of my 4N 4Sight tour covering 10 different 4Sights which are 'Failure is not an option',  'Hitting through the target', 'Mastering influence', 'the 10 minute self defence course', 'the 4N launch 4Sight', 'When someone is making your life less than wonderful', 'How to make decisions fast', 'Does it work if you stub your toe?', 'Journey's of a 4N junkie' and 'False Evidence Appearing Real'. In 2009 I performed 56 4Sights and was the 4Sight record holder for the year. Always open to new venues, depending on availability.
